Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy sets forth the procedures and mechanisms through which The Saviors delivers its array of digital products, including VIP perks, special roles, and in-game mechanisms (without benefit to player), to its esteemed customers. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process, from the point of purchase to the actual utilization of the product by the customer. This policy encompasses the entirety of the digital product spectrum offered on our platform, ensuring that each product is delivered in a manner that upholds the integrity and value promised to our customers.
Article 2: Order Processing and Delivery
As our products are virtual, the order processing time is instant. Upon completing your purchase, you will have access to your product within 10 minutes. This excludes products that require manual processing, like unique/custom re-skins, which may take a few days. In such cases, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
Some products may have specific delivery times, or may divert from the standard access time. In such cases, we will inform you of the expected delivery time before you make your purchase. This will ensure that you are aware of the delivery time and can make an informed decision. You can see the expected delivery time on the product information page, before you make your purchase.
Server downtime, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in the delivery of digital products. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time. These delays are rare and are usually resolved within a few hours, but because they are unforeseen, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, and make no promises regarding the delivery time of products affected by such delays.
Article 3: Delivery Methods
Direct Account Integration: For products requiring integration with users’ gaming accounts, we will provide a streamlined process where the digital product will be directly added to your account upon successful completion of the transaction.
Redemption/Activation Codes: For products that require a redemption or activation code, we will provide you with a unique code that you can redeem on the respective platform to access your product. This includes processes like redeeming a gift card, which work on a similar principle.
Manual Delivery: For products that require manual processing, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. This includes products like custom re-skins, unique roles, and other personalized products that require manual intervention to deliver.
In-Game Mechanisms: For a variety of digital items that do not confer an unfair advantage but enhance the gaming experience, delivery will occur within the game environment itself. The delivery processes for these products are automated, but might require additional time to process - for example, perks that require the game-server to restart before they take effect.
Article 4: Server Monetization Guidelines
At The Saviors, we are committed to ensuring that our products do not violate the terms of service of the platforms on which they are used. We adhere to the guidelines set forth by the platform providers, ensuring that our products are compliant with their rules. This includes ensuring that our products do not provide an unfair advantage to players, do not violate the platform’s terms of service, and do not infringe on the rights of other players, or copyright holders.
We value transparency and wish to inform our customers that while we strive to maintain a consistent offering of skins, there may arise situations where skins need to be temporarily removed or altered. This could be due to server requirements or other operational necessities.
By purchasing skins -- and other game related perks -- from The Saviors, you acknowledge and accept this possibility of changes to the availability or appearance of skins. Your understanding and agreement to these terms are appreciated.
Article 5: Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not entertain requests for cancellation of orders once they have been placed due to the digital nature of our products.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any digital products purchased on our platform. All sales are final, and we do not entertain requests for refunds due to the digital nature of our products, except where required by law.
Disputes: In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this Fulfillment Policy or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle such disputes. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other, in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such a solution within a period of 60 days then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes shall be finally settled by Arbitration administered in Beligium in accordance with its rules.
Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Fulfillment Policy, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Beligium. By using our services, you agree that the laws of Beligium, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Fulfillment Policy and any dispute of any sort that might arise.
Article 7: Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
